Most recently, Atul held the role of Senior Vice President and Global Head of Talent, Learning & Organization Effectiveness at Mondelēz International. His previous assignments include regional HR leadership roles in diverse multi-cultural environments, including Asia–Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa with PepsiCo, Novartis, and Mondelēz International. He was also the Chief People Officer of CIBA Vision, a Novartis Company. He has lived and worked in India, Switzerland, and Singapore.
He currently lives in Chicago Area in the US with his Wife and Son.
